The Bank of England has starting buying British government debt.
Where does this money come from, that the Bank of England uses to buy government debt.?
It doesnt come from anywhere. Its created out of nothing. Its just an electronic signal, someone just types in the number on the keyboard, and presses send. Basically they created money out of thin air.
What does this mean for UK people?
It means inflation. There is more money in circulation, so prices will go up. The buying power of the pound goes down.
The government taxes people through inflation as well as taxation. They get the bank of England to create the money out of thin air.
Most people, dont understand the implications of this. They just see their savings being able to buy less and less. They see prices escalate, but is not obvious to them why this is happening. Its happening because the Bank of England creates the money out of thin air, its not backed by anything. This extra money which is thrown at the economy causes the pound to loose value.
Private banks, like the Federal Reserve, and the Bank of England having gained this charter to be able to create money, have been able to use it to manipulate politicians and media alike. Most people are just too baffled by the economics to understand the basis of the fraud.
When someone creates money, the other people have to pick up the tab, using the hidden taxation of inflation.
Essentially, this is the crux of the matter, Central Banks, having gained by dishonest deception the ability to create money out of nothing, have been able to buy up politicians and media to do their bidding.
Politicians are offered rewards in industry, for towing the line.
Media, becomes directly or indirectly owned by banking circles.
Through their power, of creating money out of nothing, they have become all powerful.
Consider if a mafia boss in London, was able to print an unlimited amout of money. What could he do?
He could buy up News Papers, any form of Media, and lobby for his point of view. The money was created out of thin air, so its easy for him.
His honest neighbours, now find their money is worth less and less.
The mafia boss is the central banks, they have an air of respectablity as they are centuries old, but as they have ‘permission’ to create money,
they can become like mafia bosses.
